Hi, I'm Michal

a leadership facilitator, passionate about helping engineers grow into leaders in a way that feels natural.

Coming from a tech background, I faced the same struggles many new engineering leads do—juggling technical work with team responsibilities, moving from execution to leadership, and balancing autonomy with accountability.

After years in leadership roles and attending various training programs, I saw a gap—one between what I was taught and what I could actually practice. Theories and frameworks made sense in books but often fell apart in the daily reality of engineering teams.

So, I sought answers beyond the traditional leadership models. I studied acting, movement, and experiential learning—fields that helped me understand human interaction, communication, and influence in ways other leadership trainings never could.

By blending real-world simulations, interactive problem-solving, and structured feedback, I create workshops that doesn’t just teach leadership—it puts you in it, challenges you, and helps you make it your own.
